Oklahoma and Central Oklahoma release 2017-2018 schedules


It’s finally here. Hockey season is back. Well, close enough anyway. First the schedules, then the camps,……then HOCKEY!

The end of the 2016-2017 season brought the Central Oklahoma Bronchos their second (in three years) ACHA DI National Championship. UCO defeated Ohio University 3-0 back in March. The Oklahoma Sooners were knocked out the ACHA Playoffs in round two, defeated 13-1 by Ohio.

The Oklahoma Sooners still need to fill in some times, but you can get a general idea below. Teams in bold are WCHL conference games.



The Sooners start off their season first on Sept. 7th, the Bronchos not until Sept. 22nd.


  • The Missouri State Icebears will be in OKC on September 2nd for a pre-season game against the Oklahoma City Blazers (WSHL). New Icebears Head Coach Jeremy Law was previously the the Head Coach of Springfield’s WSHL Express team. The OKC Blazers also start their season with a new Head Coach on the bench, Gary Gill, who replaces team founder Tyler Fleck.
